In just 2.5 hours, the @realDonaldTrump campaign filled a 40 page response to NV Supreme Court. Pretty incredible. Highlights in the thread.

.@realDonaldTrump's campaign tells me they've been trying to serve Clark County Registrar Joe Gloria with a subpoena since Wednesday. County workers locked the building to keep them out and then Gloria hid in his house all weekend. What are Gloria and Clark County hiding?

Clark County's election system is so bad, they're likely going to hold an entirely new election for a race where 150K people cast their votes. But remember, those of us concerned about election irregularities and fraud are just conspiracy theorists.

Based on evidence obtained from DMV, Trump campaign says they identified almost 4K immigrant voters. I’m guessing these are people who registered to vote while using a green card for identification. That would be a massive scandal.

Imagine what Clark County would find if it actually had people investigating voter fraud.
The Clark County Commission just threw out an election that represents almost 1/6 of the total votes cast in Clark County because there were too many “discrepancies” to be sure that that the results in that election can be certain. 153K votes in this election.

As I said earlier, I expect the NV Supreme Court to reject the Trump campaign’s case. Much easier to do that than engage in the hard work of pouring through the evidence that was filed under seal.

More details on how the Trump campaign used databases to identify suspected double, dead and out-of-state voters. That’s actual research, as compared to internet searches of past elections.

District court all but ignored the testimony of the former Secretary of State of Colorado.

Democrats expert who claimed limited voter fraud in previous Nevada elections apparently did an internet search for past fraud cases. I’ll never understand this idea that those committing fraud will brag about it after the fact.

VA swung to Rs by 12 points tonight. To get a sense of how significant that is, here's how Nevada would look with a 12-point swing to Rs in past elections. U.S. Senate: 2 Rs House: 3 of 4 R Statewide: 6 Rs, 0 Ds State Senate: 12-9 R Assembly: 23-19 R

.@realDonaldTrump did a poll of 1,440 Nevadans who records show voted by mail. 1% said they didn't vote. 2% said they didn't receive a ballot in the mail. That is concerning.

I feel like the scandal here is that apparently only one employee at Yosemite National Park knew how to unlock a bathroom.

Florida has counted 7 million votes in 45 minutes. It can be done.

Incredible news for Trump out of Nevada. New numbers show Dem voter registration lead has dropped to under 1 percent. It's now less than 20K voters. Nevada is a true toss-up. Some of the drop is due to removing old registrations, but Rs have been closing the gap for months.
