00:00 - Crews on #ParleysCanyonFire made great progress today. Fire is now 10% contained. Moderate fire behavior was observed today, and aircraft supported firefighters throughout the day. An infrared flight has been requested overnight to map today's new acreage. PC Scott Winterton

00:00 - Yesterday, there were ZERO wildfires reported to Utah's interagency dispatch centers. This marks the first day Utah has not had at least one new ignition SINCE APRIL 17TH.
- Night crews on the #ParleysCanyonFire reported minimal overnight for behavior. No accurate mapping yet, but ground truthing reports the acreage close to 1,500 acres. The Northern Utah Type 3 Incident Management Team assumed command of the fire. Currently 120 personnel on scene.
- New Fire Correction: The #ParleysCanyonFire is the correct name of the fire burning in Parleyโs Canyon. The Northern Utah Type 3 team has been ordered. The fire is growing rapidly. An approx. 2,000 structures and power lines are being threatened. #kmyffsl
- The I-80 is closed in both directions. The Summit Park area is being evacuated. The -#ParleysCanyonFire is spreading at an extreme rate. Please use caution & avoid the area. #kmyffsl
