Some news: These will be my last two weeks in the Capitol. My husband and I are relocating to NC in March and I’ll be stepping away from journalism I’m so thankful for the last ~6 yrs covering this building, and especially this stint with NOTUS, an immensely kind newsroom

So stefanik: - did a literal farewell tour through her district - has been posting farewell on her social media for days - gave up her spot in leadership, which has since been filled - waited months And now she just has to… go back… as a rank-and-file…..
