    I was a Topgun student when the movie was filmed. I did host Tom Cruise his first day of arrival at NAS Miramar as he started his training for flight. I graduated and returned to Miramar as an F14 Tomcat flight instructor as Topgun premiered in 86. This is me in the day. Fly Navy

    I couldn't be happier for our student-athletes, who will get the opportunity to do what they love, and all Husker fans. At Nebraska, we've been unified in advocating for a safe & common-sense path forward for one of our state's greatest traditions. I'm proud of our can-do spirit.

    Pray for former President Jimmy Carter and his family as they are gathering this weekend to say goodbye. This was 2016, as we joked about whether we were related (we are not). For USNA graduates and all who served...he represented our Naval Academy with honor as President of the

    I cheer for all NU sports.... as well as Navy. But today...Navy beating Army in football (I did wear the Navy uniform for 42 years) is a big deal for me. Now....let's go Husker Volleyball! Beat Texas!! GBR!

    Nebraska WBB just beat #15 Ohio State 63-55. Its the third win for our Huskers against top 25 competion thus far this year! Go Big Red!!! We should be in the top 25 after this huge win!!
