- I’ve worked in submarine nuclear propulsion operations for over 15 years ☢️ Everyone that hasn’t worked in submarine nuclear propulsion operations… has absorbed more radiation than me over those 15 years!!! 🤷♂️ Respect radiation 🤘 but don’t be afraid of it☢️I got a higher radiation dose from my flight from Houston to Tokyo, from the banana smoothie I drank on my way to Fukushima Prefecture & from the sun while touring the Fukushima Daiichi NPS… Than from taking this pic with a sample of tritiated water (H-3).

- Oklo, NuScale, Aalo, Kairos, X-energy and Radiant can scream and shout all they want and push as hard as their engineers and investors allow them too. It doesn't matter. If building 100s of reactors per year is the goal: • The uranium mining capacity isn't there • The uraniumOne of the key challenges the Army will undertake is consolidating the supply chain. We cannot have 20 nuclear startups with 20 unique supply chains. Even Boeing and Airbus share large fractions of their supply chains. The Janus Program will work to fix this for nuclear.
