Great news! We're now ranked 24th in the world – a rise of 11 places year-on-year – in the CWTS Leiden Ranking 2019, released today (Wednesday, May 15th).
The University has also retained its position of 9th in Europe, and 6th in the UK, in the standings.
In 2006, the amazing @FloellaBenjamin became the first African Caribbean Chancellor of a UK university at Exeter. We think this statue on our campus is one of only a few in the country to an Afro-Caribbean woman.
