- Our first doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine arrived this morning. The first UW Health employees will receive the vaccine this afternoon, following federal and state guidelines to begin vaccinating frontline healthcare workers.
- First all-female flight crew! Pilot Kai Ficek joined our critical care transport team last week. Working at our Portage base today, she and Flight Physician Cynthia Griffin and Flight Nurse Deb Volgarino had their first call to transport a patient to University Hospital.
