- UPDATE: We appreciate the community’s help. We have been able to identify this suspect, thanks to tips from social media. We have warrants on file for his arrest and are working toward prosecution. Your help made the difference!Do you know this man? The suspect used a credit card stolen from an elderly victim at the 9/2 football game to make $350 in purchases inside Neyland Stadium. - UTPD has taken out warrants on Mark Alexander Bowman of Johnson City in connection to a 10/9 incident when a female student was struck in the face after the game. Bowman is charged with two counts of assault & one count of pedestrian crossing at a location other than a crosswalk.
