    On Tues, USBP agents saved the life of a 13 y/o after he & his family attempted to illegally enter the US. The teen drowned in the Rio Grande & agents discovered his lifeless body after being submerged in the water for > 1 min. They pulled him out & performed CPR, saving his life

    Today, I testified before the Committee on Homeland Security & it was alleged that Agents found an explosive device near the border. During a Jan. briefing, leadership was notified that Agents found a duct-taped ball filled with sand that wasn't deemed a threat to agents/public.

    Construction of the new border wall system continues near San Luis, AZ. We’ve completed over 60 mi of new border wall system so far with the help of @USACEHQ. This new system improves impedance & denial of illegal entries, making the border safer for both my agents, & our nation.
