- #Multilingualism is at the heart of effective multilateralism. On #RussianLanguageDay, we gathered to celebrate one of the official @UN & @UNESCAP languages, as a powerful vehicle for dialogue, cooperation and mutual understanding.
- Pleased to meet Sabina Alkire, Director of @ophi_oxford, to discuss progress on poverty reduction and multidimensional poverty in #AsiaPacific, and explore opportunities to collaborate on data and solutions that can help leave no one behind.
- Good exchange with H.E. Sirojiddin Muhriddin on deepening cooperation between @UNESCAP and #Tajikistan across water, climate and sustainable development agendas. We also discussed strengthening engagement with national institutions to support regional action.

- Great to speak with Deputy Minister Mohamad Azmi on Brunei Darussalam’s #EnergyTransition. Building on collaboration on projects like the Mengkubau Dam floating solar, we explored how to scale investment-ready solutions and advance sustainable, secure energy systems.
- Glad to meet Ambassador Achmad Ubaedillah @IndonesiaInBSB. We discussed #Brunei’s economic priorities and the importance of @ASEAN cooperation in advancing sustainable development across the region.
- In my discussion with Minister Dato Dr. Amin Liew Abdullah, we looked at how #Brunei is positioning itself for the future. From #InclusiveBusiness to regional energy connectivity, including the @ASEAN Power Grid, there is strong potential to align growth with sustainability.
