- Once again it seems that the same press outlets are stating that this year is going to be a really bad winter. It is not possible to forecast that far out. These press outlets are the very definition of #flakenews and should be roundly ignored.
- Despite the fact that we've had really heavy snowfall and there is drifting snow, and the route is well known for being at the best of times, people are still trying to cross over the A57 Snake Pass. If, at this point, you are still trying to cross then you are incredibly stupid.
