If you are unwell with any winter virus or COVID-19, staying at home to recover is usually the best option.
Doing that also helps reduce transmission in the community. If you do need to go into an indoor setting, a well-fitting mask can help protect others around you.

- Amy and baby Albert George, born yesterday, met The Princess Royal during her tour, making the special event even more memorable. Amy explained that her father-in-law had previously worked as part of the police escort for HRH when she officially opened the hospital in 1981.
