    📢Changes to duplicate licence requirements Previously, applicants replacing lost licences were required to advertise the loss in a national newspaper. @MoWT_Uganda has scrapped that requirement; you now only need a police letter to replace or renew a lost driving licences.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR A FULL OR NEW DRIVING LICENCE; 1. Valid national ID. 2. Proof of payment. 3. Learner Licence (original) 4. Certificate of competence (issued by Police IOV) 5. Certificate of completion (obtained from a licenced driving school after training) 6. Fully filled out
