- I love the mindset of Waterloo kids. They all call themselves founders, but they just make a website. UBC kids, they make a killer product at a hackathon. Win an award, update their resume and then go back to studying for their midterms. FFF, Vancouver we need to step up.

- Kinda crazy how much you can do in 5 weeks. Put together a list of Canada’s most promising startups. Most of which VCs firms never heard of. The assumption is that oh if we’ve never heard of them, they can’t be that good. WRONG. They’re just not focused on big flashy things.
- It's been 1 month since launching @meet_syndicate. Here's my reflection: 4 weeks ago, I was just some guy in Vancouver. Then I had this idea to create a wolf of wall street parody to tease this idea of building the YC of Canada. I posted the video and I set Canada on fire. -
