I read all these guys talking about how they’re “grinding” and “putting in work” while tweeting 100x a day. Toil in silence - your work will show under the lights. Those you’ve worked with hold your legacy, not Twitter.
I’d like to ask y’all for prayers for my Dad. He’s been diagnosed with bladder cancer, and is putting together his treatment plan now. He’s tough, and we feel good about him beating it, but he’s going to have a lot to go through in the next few months. No pity, just prayers! Thx
I don’t know exactly how I met @CoachAwall many years before I worked with him. But he was a man that loved the work, and never asked for attention. He was a true “glue guy” on our staff that kept us together. Please do all you can to help Shayna and the girls. Love you Ricky!
Very thankful to North Hall HS and football for the past 3 years. I’ve grown as a teacher & coach for sure. Loved the faculty, students, and players. The commute was tough, and I’m excited to get going at MVHS. @CoachJP4 thank you for this opportunity. #builtforothers
Dad dang the bell today! Never complained once during his 12 week chemo regimen. A great example of GRIT. Proud to be his son. His fight isn’t over. But he won this round!
Great to be on the sidelines again with a great mentor and friend tonight. Trojans on top 24-14. Hope the red elephants enjoyed their “redneck night.” Maybe they will choose a better theme after taking the L tonight. #cantcoachspeed#proudtobeatrojan
Dad’s cancer is in remission! He will be transitioning to immunotherapy for the long haul. God is good, and we are very thankful for the wisdom of his surgeons and chemo treatments. My family is appreciative of all your prayers.
@BarstoolBigCat embrace debate: more impressive to be a “Covid survivor,” or “kidney stone veteran?” Five time kidney stone veteran asking the question. You’re welcome for my service.
A huge thanks to @GregoryLenny and @kwing2 for my time at Collins Hill. Obviously, CH will always be special to me with 15 years as a teacher and 3 as a student athlete. #foreveraneagle
Dad has responded well to his first two treatments. We really appreciate all of the messages, prayers, cards, etc. I don’t ever put much personal stuff on here, but I’m glad I did with this. We have really felt the love and prayers. It’s got dad in a great state of mind. Thanks.
