Probably the last old video (the second and last combo montage I did with BA) we re-upload in Turtle's channel:

I guess the "3 years playing DMC" one was cool too, but I don't think it's worth it.
Projectiles in DMC have functions related to subtle crowd control, enemy displacement for expression and other more technical ones like AI manipulation or even parries.
Their function isn't to deal massive damage, or to breakdance with barely any interactivity or expression+
I love Devil May Cry’s combat but I will always have a major grip with how lacklustre the guns feel, they feel like an after thought to Dante’s moveset and not a whole half of it
I just wish Dante could fight with Ebony and Ivory like in this game
Very early Silksong impressions are really good.
Very polished, nuanced movement, positioning and timings.
Just like HK, it's a game far more nuanced than what it looks. (For those who don't know, these games have contact-damage).
Will play more tomorrow after work.
Another insanely stupid "gotcha" on this app.
1) DMC3, DMC4, DMC4SE and even DMC5's demo had reversals. Enhancing their depth to different degrees.
They removed them from DMC5 vanilla for no good reason.
2) This simple example shows how reversals or similar mechanics can+
Precisely DMC style players use whiffed attacks the most, especially with some chars like Vergil 4 and 5.
It would be inefficient to make a 3D system where each one of the examples below implied a new move from the move-list, exclusively for movement.+
