This Type 3 engine, staffed with 4 firefighters, is ready to tackle wildfires in rural areas. They won’t know their assignment until arrival and could be deployed for up to two weeks.

- In a span of 90 minutes, TFD responded to over 25 monsoon calls, alongside our auto aid partners. 15 of those calls involved stranded drivers or those stuck in swift moving water. One of those calls involved an adult female found at Camp Lowell and Swan in the Rillito River.
