No the point is to make it so any random dude can pretend to be a plainclothes cop to earn women’s trust—wait, that can’t be right

Sir, when Trump, as president, talked about “Democrats,” was he also not talking about millions of people? And when he said that because of said Democrats “you’re not going to have a country anymore,” wasn’t that saying they were a threat?

Sad state of affairs when it’s costing people $6.14/day to eat. This wouldn’t happen if we gave more tax breaks to billionaires, forced Disney to start every movie with “boys are boys and girls are girls” and threw out all the votes from Black people. Stay unwoke for 2024, y’all!

Not once during his entire term did the former president so much as hint that any Democrats had value. He never claimed, as Biden does, that it was only a minority faction of the opposition party that posed a threat. To Trump, *all* Democrats were “Radical Left Democrats.”

A public defender doesn’t “get [someone] a light sentence.” The decision literally isn’t up to them. All they do is put forth the best argument they can for their client, which no one is obligated to accept. If the PD asks for something too lenient, the judge can just say no.

It’s exactly how free speech works. She isn’t legally preventing someone else from speaking. She is reacting to someone else’s speech by exercising her own—the freedom not to associate with particular ideas is an essential part of free speech.

My wife once said she would start having MSNBC on in the background at work because she saw one of the hosts not take any guff from one of her guests. She said she couldn’t remember who it was, but loved her. I said, “Stephanie Ruhle?” and she said, “YES!”
