    I still struggle with the idea that in-person college classes are ok for tens of thousands of students, but a few hundred athletes, who would receive significant testing, support, & protocols, cannot play sports.

    Ok. How about as part of this public funding, the Brewers be required to host state baseball championships at no cost, similar to how Minnesota’s deal with Vikings stadium requires them to host MN state football. Public $ = public use
