Early in my coaching career I taught INFer to eliminate the 🧤 pat before fielding the ⚾️ . My logic was to much movement. I have since learned that some INFers need it to create rhythm to be “on-time”. Coaches learn and adapt! What works for ☝️ person might not work for another

Today I heard the most ridiculous thing. A parent yelled at a player that he was bush league and should go play D3. 1. Don’t talk to kids from the stands. 2. Don’t disrespect the kids that play in other levels besides D1. Some of the best men I’ve been around played D3 or NAIA.
