- Jim Harbaugh went 12-1 at Stanford and took the San Francisco 49ers to a Super Bowl. He won 10 games in three of his first four seasons after taking over a 5-7 Michigan team, and the 8-5 year was when Wilton Speight got hurt. He didn't get good when Connor Stalions arrived.
