    ❌ Trunk Forward at landing shortens the distance of your trunk motion at release which decreases trunk power. It also rushes the arm path which can cause injury. ✅ Trunk Back at landing increases distance of the trunk motion to pitch release which increase trunk power.

    We were working on back leg drive, hip to shoulder separation, front leg stabilization/extension and forward trunk tilt. These drills are a great way to build power through kinetic chain and work on proper kinematic sequence of throwing without having to use baseball.

    Chad working on 3X Torsion drive drills. The purpose of this drill is to hold torsion in the back leg, sit into posterior chain and lower your center of gravity to the optimal back leg load position. This is in the level 3 manual in the 3X Pitcbing Velocity Program.
