    Facebook remind me that I celebrated #IndependenceDay 2010 in Afghanistan. @SenJohnMcCain used to celebrate the holiday on the road, too, with troops. He and Sens. Graham and Lieberman joined my media team and me for a press conference to discuss the trip.

    #PACTAct passes House with a STRONG bipartisan vote of 342-88. That's 219 Dems + 123 GOP for it and 88 GOP voting against. On to the Senate. TOP priority for @IAVA and the veteran and military community!

    Here's my first shot. The girls were giving me a hard time for the parts being in the way for a few months, so I finally put it together. It may need some tweaks and a tighter flag when I get a chance, but I think this is it. Let the trolling begin! #NavyReserve

    Look, we make promises to the men and women who put on the uniform that we'd take care of them when they got back from war. If we're not willing to uphold our promise and take care of our toxic-exposed veterans, we should've never sent them into battle to begin with.
