    I am happy to say that $NILE reported today that, as of December 31, 2021, it had over $490 million in total assets and $228 million in stockholders’ equity.  I am thrilled at the progress made in 5 years, but the goal of building a holding company continues.

    $NILE currently has no plan to reverse its outstanding common stock. BitNile disclosed that it had $490 million in assets as of December 31, 2021 and recently repaid in full the outstanding senior secured debt.  We are confident in our plan to grow the business.
