Tips on how to make the perfect party Jollof rice 😋 1) BUTTER Butter adds flavour to Jollof rice. Add butter and cooking oil to your pot, add onions, bay leaves, seasoning (Maggi, aromat, curry, thyme, nutmeg), tomatoe purée, blended pepper and fry briefly.
