    Oregon will temporarily require shade & cool water for farm workers after a Guatemalan immigrant worker died in 100°F+ heat. Farm workers are up to 35x more likely to die from heat than other workers. At least half are undocumented, but no federal heat regulations protect them.

    People tell disabled people to get a job. But never how to stay in one. How or when to explain your disabilities without losing the ability to work. For example, this is what happened when I worked In DC for an international agency.
