Five years sober today. Five years ago I finally got tired of making my life harder than it needed to be. The physical changes are easy to see. The mental, emotional, and spiritual changes are the ones that matter most. Best decision I ever made.

My mom bod I have stretch marks from pregnancies. I have scars from C-Sections. My lower abs will always have a slight pooch… BUT It will never stop me from chasing my dreams & following my fitness journey

13 years ago I was sick, tired, & fed up I was borderline diabetic, a raging alcoholic, depressed, battling anxiety, & was having suicidal tendencies. So I set a New Year’s Resolution to make a change. Left: 215lbs Right: 135lbs If I can do this, anyone can. Find your fitness!
