🧵 It's been one month since I lost sweet little Benz. I'd like to share some pictures of him. He was a precious, loving, gentle little guy who will never be forgotten. Beamer and I still miss him terribly.

- Since I first posted about my immunocompromised friend contracting covid and being put on a ventilator, the amount of replies I have received laying the blame on her and not the lifting of mask mandates has saddened and disgusted me. 1/2
- My immune-compromised friend, who caught covid just days after the mask mandate was recklessly lifted by our public "health" officer, is now on a ventilator. To say I'm angry at the callousness and indifference shown by Henry, Dix et al. would be a massive understatement.
- 🧵 A couple weeks ago I came across a single mom & her son I know in my building, in the lobby. The little boy was very upset & inconsolable. Turns out his Lego Homer Simpson was lost down a drain at the building's entrance. They're not sold anymore. I found one on Ebay, 1/2
- Replying to @TheTrueJasonMordered him, & today he arrived. Went to give it to them, & got some very bad news. They both have covid & the little boy is hospitalized. His mom is beside herself with worry. It's so heartbreaking. Sorry Homer, you'll have to wait a bit before you go to your new home. 😢 2/2
- 🧵 So my relative that called me a "mental patient" for masking, who was subsequently hospitalized for "viral pneumonia", has now passed away. In the group family email that delivered the news, they're now blaming "scared people like jason who got the jab"
- Replying to @TheTrueJasonMShe always wore a professionally fitted N95 mask when in public. Due to her income she could not simply “stay at home and hide in her basement like immunocompromised people should”, and was forced to use public transit. 2/2
- Once again some plague rat “back to normal” piece of shit living in my building has lodged a complaint about my masking. Why does it matter to them? It isn’t hurting them in the slightest. I don’t push masking on them. I leave them alone. I’m just trying to survive. 1/2
- He does know. He has his iPad with him at the hospital and has been sent a picture of his new Homer. His mom says it really perked him up when he saw it! 😀
- Just ran out to buy milk at the convenience store across the street from me, wearing an N95 mask as always. One person in there told me masks aren't allowed anymore "that's what Dr. Henry said", and another one of course called me a "sheep". I'm so f*ing tired of all this shit.
- Replying to @TheTrueJasonMHe explained that he's been harassed so badly by residents of the building for masking that he'd just rather not bother anymore. People have lodged complaints against him because of it. So instead he's inhaling gawd-know-what into his lungs. 🤦♂️🤬🤬🤬 2/2

- Came across my apartment maintenance guy doing some drywall work in the building yesterday. Every other time I've seen him doing similar work, he's worn a 3M Aura mask. Yesterday he was maskless, while drywall dust was everywhere. Asked him why this was. 1/2
