    How freaky is this - you're driving in traffic and suddenly realize that the car in front is your old car from 20 years ago - one you sold about 10 years ago!!! Crazy... Happened to me today!

    One of the most humbling things in life is sales - I feel everyone should spend a year in sales early in their careers - including the #VIP's of them all, #SoftwareEngineers! If you don't, you will never develop empathy for the customers.

    Microsoft has gone from ~225BILLION to 1.2TRILLION under @satyanadella leadership in about 6 years - a stock that hadn't moved for nearly 15 years has been on a tear. To me he is the Global #BusinessLeaderOfTheDecade - who else do you think deserves the throne?

    Every startup founder I now meet wants to start with a $2m fundraise that they call a pre-seed. They feel this is the right amt to be able to get to - hire good engineers - build an initial product & iterate - achieve PMF - have 18-24 month runway. WRONG!
