- There are 43 NHL 1st round picks (not in NHL) eligible to play at the 2025 WJC: 🇨🇦 25 🇺🇸 8 🇸🇪 5 🇫🇮 2 🇨🇿 2 🇸🇰 1 You can’t take everyone. But Canada left too many at home. Beckett Sennecke and Carter Yakemchuk are two of them. Hockey Canada needs to revamp their selection process
- Going home after 33 days in hospital. Thank you to the amazing Ottawa General staff for their care. My recovery continues at home with my parents. They are my rock. The support of family, friends & others has also been instrumental in my progress. Hope to be back on @TSN1200 soon

00:00 - Just got word I can leave hospital for a few hours today. So my traditional Christmas Eve perogy dinner will be at home. Might even throw on Christmas Vacation.
- Update on Day 29 from hospital. A week ago, I couldn’t walk without a walker and was scheduled to move to rehab. Today I was told I’m too strong/advanced for rehab. Great progress. Hoping for more progress with my pancreas. Thank you all for your continued support.
- FYI this is now a Russia-Ukraine war account until the Russians leave. Don’t really give a shit about sports as I watch the horrific and criminal attack against my ancestral homeland. So proud of the Ukrainian people right now. Slava Ukraini. 🇺🇦 ❤️

- Shoutout to my amazing parents as they head back to Edmonton. They just spent 60 of the last 66 days in Ottawa holding the fort as I continue to fight to get better. Did I mention they’re in their 70’s? Wouldn’t be where I am without their support. The best. ❤️
- These last two weeks have been the toughest of my life. Pancreatitis sucks. I will keep fighting. Thank you for all of your support.
- Excited to be cleared to return to work next week. Back Wednesday on @TSN1200 with @TSNSteveLloyd from 10-2 ET. Will be my first day back in 6 months and 16 days. Not that I’m counting!
- But there is too much to live for. My incredible family and friends. More trips abroad to see the world. I am in pain but I will not go down without a fight. Get ready pancreatitis. You still might have the upper hand now. But you are about to get a serious ass kicking.
- Laughing at the Toronto Maple Leafs never gets old.
