- Angio-CT for Thoracic Duct Embo in setting of Post operative chyle Leak - Eliminate Lipidol and Shorten Wait time. Step 1: stick cisterna under CT, Step 2: opacify thoracic duct, Step 3: Cannulate and coil/onyx , Step 4: celebrate the case took only 2 hours 🤣 #irad
