#PuntFactory Teach Tape 📝 I have said for YEARS - “Shoulders forward, arm relaxed.” Why do I say that? Putting your shoulders forward moves your hips back - think of EVERY movement you do in the weight room to become stronger… cleans, squats, box-jumps, deadlifts etc.
