    Black kids don’t even get to be just kids, and they know it. They are completely aware of the boundaries of their childhood and that’s why I’m never moved by those “kids don’t know racism” posts. Black kids feel it and experience it and understand it....

    People don’t even realize that the super rich often create an ecosystem around them of service workers who are not affluent…. housekeepers, nannies, landscapers, repair people, etc.…. have all just potentially lost their only source of income. It’s truly sad.
