- Talking to someone at the gym doesn’t mean they’re hitting on you and EVERYTHING doesn’t need to be posted on social media.
00:00 - Women are harassed in gyms and it needs to stop, but you are not one of them. An act of kindness or a glance does not make you a victim.
00:00 - No matter how big or how small, celebrate your wins in the gym and be proud of yourself.
00:00 - A reminder the gym is a place to work hard, but also to have fun, laugh, and build friendships!
00:00 - You never know someone’s story or what they’re going through. Stop this. Be kind.

00:00 - 99.9% of people in gyms don’t film their workouts and don’t want to be in your video. They have the right to say that.
00:00 - In 2023 gyms need to start enforcing policy that if you’re caught taking photos or videos of someone without their consent to post on social media to bully, shame, or embarrass them, your membership is automatically revoked and you’re banned from the gym. Gyms need to do better.
