- Brotherhood of Steel, the Enclave, dogmeat, ghouls, radscorpions, iconic 10mm pistol, power armor, Vault Boy, Vault-Tec, Nuka Cola, overseer, vault suits, raiders, Shady Sands... ...all written by 1998. Bethesda created very little of what the Fallout show referenced. Yet...

- Respectfully disagree. Fallout 76 was one of the most lambasted releases of the 2010s, exceeding even the reaction to No Man's Sky. They've consistently watered down the history and RPG mechanics of the originals to appeal to the FPS fans. The show retcons the first two games.There is no conceivable universe in which the Fallout series has "gone downhill" since Bethesda started working with it.
