From now on this account will be run by my colleagues (not scammers, real nice people!) as a home for human composting legislation alerts, death articles, event announcements, etc. -Caitlin
Hope you are having a good week-
I AM NOT.
An update about our channel's violation of community guidelines (wait, really?), some big changes in my life, and what we all can come together to do about it (spoiler: probably nothing.)

Things are bad here in Los Angeles, folks.
And the government is doing nothing to help overwhelmed funeral homes or the mass disaster numbers of bodies and newly grieving families.
Here's what my funeral home is experiencing. youtu.be/QdpSgEQKVNE
Today in diseased millennial brain, the guy on the phone asked me for my "full social" and instead of giving him my social security number I said "you need, like....my instagram account?"
It's wild that some small town funeral homes continue to see me as the enemy, rather than the billion dollar corporate death system that passed all the laws that are failing them and putting them out of business.
When I see a successful social media early twenty-something living in one of those stainless steel and white marble palaces in Southern California, all I can think is "if you lived in a normal apartment and invested you could retire at 30."
Death awareness teaches us to sit with hard truths and not try to distract or escape.
If there's an emotional anvil on your chest, that's good. Sit with your racist thoughts and the lies you told yourself about the police and equality. It should feel almost impossible to bear.
