    Goodbye to Queso🧀 Her tumor grew a lot this past week and she was uncomfortable. We chose to say goodbye after a restless night for her. She was still wagging and in good spirits, and we are glad we could give her a peaceful end without suffering 💛💛💛💛💛

    Goodbye sweet Jasmine, my lieblingshund. Losing your beautiful soul would be devastating by itself, but you were the last of our perfect rescued squad. Losing all four of you in the last 10 months is so painful. We don’t know how we will go on 💔

    We had to say goodbye to Schmieg today. Our hearts are broken. She was a one-of-a-kind light of love and joy and affection and we don’t know what we are going to do without her.

    💔Sad news- The Swiz took a dramatic downturn this afternoon. An ultrasound showed an enlarged spleen & many tumors. She was so uncomfortable & we had to say goodbye to spare her suffering. She had a tough life but we are honored to give her the best last 9 months that we could💛

    Today, we had to say goodbye to Parmesan, our perfect little cheese. We did our best to give him all the comfort and gentleness and love we could manage in his last 2 months. We are heartbroken 🤍💔🤍

    Maggie can't go for walks anymore. As of last week, she can only make it a few houses before she starts to limp and then just sits. But she loves walks! So today, I got her a wagon with a bed (and some towels because rain) and we went for our inaugural ride.

    Sad news to share. We had to say goodbye to Riley tonight. He took a sharp and aggressive downturn on Thursday. He stopped eating and developed a lot of serious complications. He was suffering badly and we are glad we could spare him the worst of it.

    We said goodbye to Hopper last night💔 Nothing helped her worsening pain. Her regular and 🇨🇦vets agreed we were beyond what Librela could fix. We had a great last night - paddled, swam, and Hopps ate a whole XL Hershey bar. She was the heart of the squad & we are lost without her

    Very sad news – we had to say goodbye to Voodoo today. He lost control of his seizures and we ran out of options to make them stop. This is our first sudden loss of a dog and we are devastated. We love you, Pinto Bean 🤍💔🤍

    Please meet Cheddar, our new foster! He is blind, 10 years old, and was found dumped on the side of a road in West Virginia. Somebody had punched him in the face so hard that his nose was broken and he is in rough shape overall. It will take some time to get him to love again🧡

    Jasmine is so tired. She’s taken an abrupt downturn with pain in all her legs and trouble standing. We’re going to give her a really good day or two before we have to say goodbye 💔
