    Everyone wants be a coach until they have to... Check paperwork Take athletes home Work 7 days a week Meet with parents Do laundry Work 13+ hours Drive the bus Be away from family Miss vacations Fund raise It’s more than X’s and O’s for real coaches!!

    Imagine you work a 10 hour shift & your coworker works a 5 hour shift yet he expects y’all to get paid the same... That’s what happens when you let your teammates slack in practice, the weightroom, film room, & classroom. To create a winning culture, all players must work!

    Athletes as we’re in visit season... 1. Stand up straight 2. Firm hand shakes 3. Eye contact 4. Confident conversation 5. Enthusiasm in your interest 6. Be excited for the moment 7. Have transcript/ scores ready 8. Pants above waist 9. Yes sir, no sir, etc. 10. See # 6

    Sad how a school can send 10-15 kids a year to school on scholarship and instead of the city supporting... You get... How many went D1? How many offers? How many stars? Instead of just being happy another young man is furthering his career on the next level period.

    To the current HS football players still in the playoffs... Practices will get: Colder Longer More intense Tougher and stressful But... For some schools it’s already basketball season Stay hungry, motivated, and locked in!

    For close to 4 years. No one in Chadwick Bosemans inner circle/ family β€œleaked” or told the public about his illness. They protected his privacy and personal business. Kudos to his inner circle for showing true loyalty and privacy over his life and career. We need more of this.

    To the kid that just maxed out 315 lbs... great job! To the kid that just maxed out 225 lbs... great job! To the kid that just maxed out 135 lbs... great job! It’s not the weight amount but your work ethic that mean strength!! It’s effort & progress that are impressive!!
