    Visit to Da Nang for the Sukhoi Su-22 Fitters of the Không Quân Việt Nam, because these Cold Warriors won't be around forever. Everything from the inlet and shock cone design to the periscope for the Su-22UM3K backseater, just screams "1970s Soviet aircraft design"

    Screengrabs from a video of a Flanker-family jet shot down 20km behind Russian lines in occupied Eastern Ukraine. Reportedly 2 crew ejected, so this should be an Su-30SM or Su-34. Possibly friendly fire

    Another Russian Su-34 loss over Ukraine has been verified with a serial number. RF-81864 (26 Red) from the Morozovsk-based 559th Bomber Regiment shot down 7th Mar. At least one of two crew killed

    The fact that China’s “military buildup” is plastered all over Chinese social media is a sign that there’s nothing to be concerned about. If there is dead silence on Weibo but satellite imagery is detecting a massive buildup then it’s time to worry
