- Amazing to witness the conspiracy of silence re: RFK Jr. in any these discussions of the debate. Like him or not, he's polling in double digits and is a factor worthy of mention and discussion.
- A few years ago, I was approached by a publicist who wanted to book Kissinger on my podcast. I sent her this text from Bourdain and wrote, "I've been to Cambodia." To her credit, she responded, "Understood."
- According to Sam Harris, anyone who doesn't agree with everything Sam Harris says simply isn't capable of understanding the brilliant arguments Sam Harris has so generously and patiently presented. This is not Sam Harris's fault.
- Why is "fun" never offered as a possible explanation for animal behavior?
- Replying to @ryangrimThere is no path forward because the enemies of the potential Democratic voter are the allies/employers/friends of the Democratic party establishment. What Democratic candidate is going to go after banks, media, elite universities FOR REAL? None. Some will pretend, but that's it.
- Had a check-up recently. My cholesterol is a bit high. Doctor immediately asked where I'd like my prescription for statins to be sent. Not a word about diet, exercise, family history of heart disease, side-effects of statins, etc. The American health care system is beyond broken.

- I see so many people leaving here, saying "It's become too toxic." I don't get it. Do they not know about the "unfollow," "mute," and "block" options? What am I missing?
- Replying to @dpakmanCome on. You really think he stopped because of protests, rather than the complaints of powerful representatives of those business interests? Don't be naive.
- Did Jonah Hill really do anything worse than expressing his insecurities and doubts about their emotional compatibility? He asked his gf to stop posting certain photos, seeing certain people, etc. She could have said, "Nope. See ya." Instead, public shaming? Who's abusing whom?
