    Tears pricked the firefighter's eyes seeing the bear. It was, miraculously, mostly untouched. He took it back to the station, cleaned it off and sat it next to his bunk. That night, the bear's eyes glowed red, and a voice whispered "Amy didn't love me enough. Will you?"

    A chill went up my spine as they slithered over the walls. We were all trained for intergalactic warfare but they gave me the creeps. Aiming, Sarge ordered the rifles to #Plump mode and we fired. The slithering stopped,and they started waddling. We'd eat again tonight. #vss365
