    Some personal news. After 42 years my days at the Daily Times are done. I've decided to retire. This was my choice. It's time. It's been a hell of a ride and I'm excited to see what the future holds.

    40 years ago today I walked into our then office at 500 Mildred Ave. in Primos (the office no longer exists) for my first shift at the Delaware County Daily Times. Where'd the time go?

    Sad news to report. Former Daily Times sports writer and editor Brian Freeman passed away after a fight with cancer. @bfreems1 was a great friend, proud Marine and Temple fan, and helluva newspaper man. RIP Free
