Very happy to announce that my fifth year of casting @PlayOverwatch will be done with the @OverwatchLeague for the 2020 season! It's been a long journey to get here, but I can't wait to get started casting some of the very best Overwatch in the world alongside @jakeow.

- Replying to @SarahLacardSays and @EnvyJayneYou're an absolute dumbass if you think that a primary game design choice for Overwatch 2 - the greater game played by millions - was influenced at all to "save money in OWL." OWL is a drop in the bucket relative to the far larger OW ecosystem.
- Figure I may as well put it out there in the open - at this moment I currently haven't received an offer for the upcoming OWL season. The particular frustrating element in the process is the total lack of communication despite being involved with OW as an esport since 2015.
- Happy to announce that I'll be returning for 2021 @overwatchleague season! Of course, I needed a new partner and there was one notable name still missing from my collection... Gotta catch em all!
00:00 - The weirdest fucking shit coming out of VALORANT right now is the idea that casters shouldn't comment on a player's personal abilities. There's no light without the dark. Casters praising you for being good only has merit if they're able to point out when you're playing bad.
- The greatest part of the weekend for me was finally seeing @Avast_o do an OWL broadcast. In the color / analysis role, I truly think he is one of the absolute best the industry has ever had. His combination of humor and high level knowledge is rarely found in broadcasting.
- No words for this. Alarm was a magnificent player that improved season after season, and lived up to the hype and beyond in every stage of Overwatch play. Far, far too young to be taken so early. My heart goes out to his family, friends and team.
- PSA to Dallas fans: The cast is still going to hype up the Shock when they're playing well. No one cares that you think it needs to be noted every 5 seconds that you think your team might not give a shit because of their current playoff standing.
- My summarized thoughts on what lead to today's unfortunate news. 5 key points that brought us here in order of importance: 1.) OW content delays / OW2 delay. 2.) Leaving Twitch. 3.) COVID during 2020. 4.) GOATs 5.) Restrictive licensing post 2017.
- The @SFShock have it all. An incredibly deep roster full of options, a top tier coaching staff, and now? Back to back championships. What a team and legacy. Incredibly well deserved.
- People don't want 6v6 to come back - not actually. They want the feelings of Overwatch circa 2016 back, and mistakenly think that going back to 6v6 will achieve that. You'd have to memory erase 7+ years of game knowledge / skill from everyone to achieve that.6v6 should not come back. 6v6 had a higher team-execution ceiling, but few people ever actually used it. Individual mechanics shine brighter than ever before in 5v5 and every player can make a difference without waiting for someone else to do their job first. To me, this is the
- Overwatch 2 Was actually short for "Overwatch 2 CP is gone."
- If there was a class of esports player to stay the fuck away from, it'd be the, "Good early on, Whine when grind kicks in" player. Lots of examples now of players that went from OW -> APEX -> VALORANT and did the same woe is me routine in every game.
- OUTLAWS HAVE WON A MAP 5.
