    52 Coronavirus survivors have been cared for at QEH and been well enough to leave hospital. We sent our first Intensive Care Unit patient home today fit & well - great news. Just proves there is light at the end of the tunnel #TeamQEH #COVID19 @EDP24 @KLFM967 @TheLynnNews

    After almost two months in hospital with COVID-19, Tim, who is a Porter and HCA at #TeamQEH walked out of the hospital with a big thumbs up. We wish him the very best for the rest of his recovery.

    Today #TeamQEH came together to celebrate Lee’s recovery. Lee left our hospital after battling Covid-19 for 5 weeks, 2 of which on a ventilator in our Intensive Care Unit. His family and staff from across the Trust lined the corridors to share this special moment with him.

    29 of our patients who tested positive for COVID-19 have now recovered sufficiently to be discharged. We’d like to thank teams across every part of the Trust for their hard work, compassion and dedication as we respond to the challenge of COVID-19 together.
