I'm a little late to this news due to #wvprepfb. However, on Monday, the Kanawha County Board of Education approved Josh "Cookie" Miller as the new head boys basketball coach at Capital High School. Miller played #wvprepbb at Cap where he was the 2005 Bill Evans Award winner. He
