- My 8 year old did not have school today and so she came to the law school. Halfway through a class that I am teaching, she silently holds this sign in front of her.
- Replying to @kayes_tomRight?! And I do not actually know who gave her the highlighter because it was not mine.
- Replying to @kristapColoradoThis. She had just consumed two large chicken tacos and two churros at a faculty meeting—no more than 45 minutes before this sign went in the air.
- Do not tell my female law students they need to “smile more” as professional feedback. It’s inappropriate. If you need more women in your life to smile, this is an issue that you should address in your own personal life. Or in therapy. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
- If you think that you are having a bad day, my close friend is a Criminal Law professor who agreed to teach "Current Issues in Constitutional Law" for the first time this Fall. Pray for her.
