FSU, DIVEST FROM ISRAEL! On Monday, we marched from Wescott Fountain to Integration to demand FSU divest from Israel! As of right now, FSU has partnerships with both Birthright and Boeing - we refuse to let our tuition money go towards genocide! Free Free Palestine! 🇵🇸

SDS and the people are demanding that @FSU_Senate and @floridastate remove Senate President Jack Denton from his position. In a city still reeling from the shooting of #TonyMcDade, these transphobic remarks are unacceptable and reflect values that FSU should explicitly reject.

This outline not only has measures that should have been implemented long ago and demonstrates bare minimum effort from the school but shows that FSU is still adamant about keeping the statue of a slaveowner on campus and ignores the thousands of students who want it gone

HB999 just passed through it’s first subcommittee despite 200+ students, faculty, and concerned Floridians coming from across the state to speak out in opposition to it. Only ONE person spoke in support. Absolutely shameful.

We have been working on this for over 2 years. The statue was previously removed because of our efforts only to be brought back. We are happy to see that our continued work along with the help of other student orgs has paid off. Let’s hope it’s PERMANENTLY removed this time! ✊

Rename the stadium as to not honor a white supremacist. Permanently remove the Eppes statue. Rename the criminology building so as to not honor a white supremacist. Change the mascot as to not be a racial caricature. This isn't hard.
