- I moved to Georgia with $2400, a cousin that blessed me with a room at his house, and a part time job in a field I had no clue about. No real plans. Only a prayer and hard work. My guy JY was the one to take a chance on me and the rest was history. I’m thankful for the journey.
- I’m looking forward to running some of the best events in grassroots basketball with my new position as The Director of Events with @OntheRadarHoops I appreciate the opportunity to continue connecting with the coaches and players that make our game great. Let’s go!!

- The NCAA issued another blow for upcoming prospects with their extension of the dead period to January 1st. Much like this travel ball season, it’s important for high school teams to invest in live streaming to give their prospects a chance to be seen.
- There will be a ton of prospects whose phone will not ring at all tomorrow. That's ok too. It's not a race. You don't have to compare yourself to your peers. Log off, and get back to work. Trust that your time is going to come.
- Nothing beats basketball in Georgia
- Woke up feeling blessed to have so much support from 517 teams from all across the country. We all made history together as Best of the South was the largest boys live period event under one roof. Major things happen when you put student athletes first.
- I hope every travel coach in the country gets a chance to take a deep breath, and spend some time with their non basketball family. It’s a well deserved rest after this extended season.
- To everyone that supported us for this yrs #BOTS19 I appreciate it. The thanks and congrats calls and txts havent stopped. For an event thats gone on for yrs, this one felt brand new. This was the most satisfying moment I've had since being in the travel ball community. Thanks!
- Coaches are evaluating you the minute you start unpacking your car. How you interacted with your family that brought you...did you introduce yourself to your other teammates...Did you go straight to the gym afterwards.. You are now on the clock. You are now apart of a business.
- I got a voice message at about 7:30 this morning from a travel coach telling me that he found a really good big to fit his team. A few short years ago I was up at 6 am to work at a steel factory. So yea, this job is pretty dope.
