- Do you recognize this lost goat? Officers found this four-legged friend wandering around the City. If you know where their family is please call Tacoma Animal Control at 253 627-7387 option 2 and leave a message.
- At 2:11 PM yesterday, officers rushed to 7000 S Ainsworth after receiving a distress call about a juvenile struggling to stay afloat in Wapato Lake. Officers from a nearby parking lot ran to the scene and saw the juvenile in the water twenty to thirty feet from the shoreline.

- Officers responded to a burglary of the Star Center, 3873 S 66th St. A witness saw a suspect fleeing with computers. Officers and K9-4 responded. K9 Ronja tracked to the suspect who saw her and gave up. Multiple computers stolen in the burglary were recovered. Great job Ronja!
- Officers were contacted by a dad who is stuck out of country due to the travel restrictions. His son is celebrating a birthday today and loves the police and police cars. Officers drove by during shift change and gave the young man a birthday wave!
- At 1:58 pm, an altercation between the occupants of 2 cars led to shots being fired at a parking lot in the 4500 blk of S. Steele St. One car fled. No injuries were reported. A gun was recovered. A 53-yr-old male was booked for Drive-By Shooting. The investigation is ongoing.

- At 12:30 a.m. a driver ran from a stolen car in the 6000 blk of E M St. Lakewood K933 and K9 Kona assisted TPD & tracked the suspect to a yard in the 1400 blk of E 61 St. Kona's loud bark made the suspect think twice & he gave up! Suspect was booked for Poss. of a Stolen Vehicle.
- At 7:40 pm officers went to an armed robbery of a business in the 2300 blk of N. Pearl St. w/ 2 suspects fleeing on foot. K94 & partner Axel responded. Axel found evidence & containment officers arrested 1 of the suspects. Adult male booked for Robbery 1st. Investigation ongoing.

- 6/5/22 at 7:39 p.m. 4 suspects shot at a car in the 1600 blk of S. 47th St. 2 occupied homes were hit. K923 & partner K9 Ice found the 4 suspects hiding a few blocks away. 3 males aged 13, 15 & 17 & a female aged 15 gave up to K9 Ice & were booked for Assault 1. Thank you K9 Ice!
- The owner of Ezell's Famous Chicken joined our officers and Chief Moore for Swing Shift Turnout this afternoon. A recent homicide impacted Ezell's Chicken, and our Department showed up in support of this local establishment.
