    There are many thank you’s to everyone who has been apart of my journey. My family, my coaches, my kids, and my wife have all made huge sacrifices that I can never repay. Thank you for allowing me to give my all but now it is time rest and enjoy being a dad, husband, and coach!

    One thing that needs to be addressed from the NCAA championship is how multiple athletes came home with staph or bacterial infections. Need to wash the mats.

    For the people that have not accepted it yet, the USA Women’s wrestling team came out this weekend and showed they NEED to be a sanctioned sport at every level. When the dust settles they could have the best performance of all 3 styles. #WomensWrestling

    As of yesterday 7 of 10 NCAA champs from last season have been training and competed in a Freestyle event. Young guys take notice. Freestyle wrestling makes you a better folkstyle wrestler.
